Products Details

RYL filters are mainly used in the fuel supply system of aviation system testers and engine test benches to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the fuel, effectively controlling the cleanliness of the working medium. RYL-16, RYL-22, and RYL-32 can be directly used in hydraulic systems.DIMENSIONAL LAYOUT

a. Filtering Materials and Precision: Within this series of products, you'll find three distinct filtering material options. Type I employs a specialized stainless steel mesh with filtering precision ranging from 5 to 100 microns, including intervals like 8, 16, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 80, and 100 microns. Type II utilizes a stainless steel fiber sintered felt, providing filtration accuracy at 5, 10, 20, 25, 40, and 60 microns, among others. Lastly, Type III features a composite filter material made of glass fiber, offering filtration precision at 1, 3, 5, and 10 microns, and so forth. b. In scenarios where the working medium's temperature and the filter material's fuel temperature exceed or equal 60 ℃, it is advisable to employ either stainless steel special mesh or stainless steel fiber sintered felt for the filter material. Additionally, the filter element should be completely welded using stainless steel. When the fuel temperature surpasses 100 ℃, it is imperative to provide specific instructions during the selection process. c. When choosing pressure difference alarm and bypass valve filters, opting for a pressure difference alarm is recommended. It is advisable to use a visual pressure difference alarm with set alarm pressures of 0.1MPa, 0.2MPa, and 0.35MPa. Both on-site visual alarms and remote telecommunication alarms should be employed. In cases where there is a high demand for flow rate, consider installing a bypass valve. This ensures uninterrupted fuel supply within the fuel system, even when the filter becomes obstructed and triggers an alarm. d. When selecting oil drain valves for models above RYL-50, it is advisable to contemplate the inclusion of an oil drain valve. The standard oil drain valve is a manual switch known as RSF-2. For models below RYL-50, oil drain valves are generally not included. However, in special circumstances, their inclusion can be considered based on specific requirements, which may include screw plugs or manual switches.
